Application Forms
The Application process is as follows:
- If you are a former Sar-El volunteer and a resident of the U.S.,
you may apply through the U.S. office or directly to the Israel office, via Pamela Lazarus, Program Coordinator for the
Associate Program. Click here to e-mail Pamela:
pamela@sar-el.org. Or, if you are new to the program, or from another country, contact your country's representative.

- Complete and submit the documents provided to you by your country's
representative, or, if permitted by that representative, you may use the application form
provided in this website accessible by the link below.
- Complete a personal interview with your country's representative.
- Your completed application and the interviewer's report will be reviewed by
Sar-El Volunteers for Israel. You will be notified regarding your acceptance, and other detailed instructions
for making preparations for the trip.
- Contact your country's representative
for details
about program fees.

Printing Instructions:
- Click on the link above to open the document or form.
- When prompted, choose to "Save" each document (to desktop for example) as a

- Open each document and print from Word.
