Registration Details
* Flights to Israel and health insurance are the responsibility of the participant.
* The seminar participation fee includes accommodation.

Price & Payment
Total program cost: $2,490 per participant
The program cost includes:
Hotel accommodation in Tel Aviv
Half board: daily breakfast and dinner
Lectures and educational programming
Guided tours
Entrance fees to museums and other included sites
Professional lecturers and speakers
Accommodation: Pricing is based on two participants sharing a room. A single room is available for an additional $918.
Payment Schedule
50% deposit ($1,245) due upon registration
Remaining balance ($1,245) due by April 1, 2027
The $300 registration fee is included in the total price and is non-refundable
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made before April 15, 2027 are eligible for a refund, excluding the $300 non-refundable registration fee.
From April 15, 2027 onward, payments are non-refundable, unless the delegation is cancelled by Sar-El.
Not Included
Medical/travel insurance is not included in the program cost. Participants are responsible for obtaining their own appropriate medical and travel insurance.
